Large Hadron Collider - Window Installation - Day to Night

(this video is 2MB - it may take a while to load - please be patient...)

The window installation consisted of paintings on mylar, which were mounted on the inside of the street-facing windows.  Behind these windows is a narrow space with fluorescent lights.  Because of the changing balance of daylight on the front surface of the paintings and the transmitted light through the paintings, the work looked somewhat different from day to night.

The video shows he changing light - note that the biggest change is in the central window of the triptych, which becomes much more abstract at night.
